La Noria brings together fifteen homes and the shared spaces that serve the development. Arión carried out this residential project in Torre de Benagalbón, Rincón de la Victoria, combining the construction of the building with the parking areas, communal spaces and pool.
Adapting the foundations to the real ground conditions
The plot initially appeared flat. Excavation revealed that it sat over a former watercourse and that firm ground lay considerably deeper than expected. Excavation and foundation works had to be extended, and a buried volume equivalent to almost an entire floor was built to reach the required levels.
This stage explains an essential part of the work that remains hidden behind the finishes: adapting the construction to what is actually found on site.
Homes, terraces and shared spaces
The development combines white façades with grey panels, terraces and pergolas oriented towards the views. Alongside the homes, the parking areas, internal site works, landscaped areas and communal pool were completed, in a project lasting approximately eighteen months.
